IPTV France TV on a Roku

Roku's store carries exactly one usable IPTV player, and it is unlocked by MAC address. The other route costs nothing: cast the picture from your phone.

Setup done with you, included. Message support and someone walks through it with you.

  3. 3.Open it: a MAC address and a device key appear on screen.

Worth knowing. Seven-day trial, then a single payment to the player's makers. The 12-month plan covers that for a year.

If your TV is a Roku TV

Plenty of American televisions run Roku built in rather than as a stick, sold under the set maker's own name. It is the same Roku software underneath, so the two steps above are identical and there is nothing to plug in.

Or go through your phone

To skip paying for the player, your phone can cast to the Roku:

  • Web Video Cast

    Free

Android or iPhone. Open the stream link you were sent and cast it to the Roku.

  • IPTV Smarters

    Free

Put your login into the phone, then use the cast button on any channel.

A Firestick costs about the same and opens up far more players, and a Samsung or LG TV gets one without anything plugged in. The channels are the same either way.
