IPTV France TV on a Samsung or LG TV

Samsung and LG both carry IPTV players in their built-in stores, so there is nothing to plug in. The one quirk: these players are unlocked with the television's MAC address rather than a username.

Setup done with you, included. Message support and someone walks through it with you.

Get a player from the TV's store

Open Samsung Apps or the LG Content Store and search for:

  • IBO Player Pro

    Paid

Seven-day trial then a single payment. Free for a year on the 12-month plan.

  • Smart IPTV

    Paid

A week's trial then one payment, activated on the player's own website.

  • IPTV Smarters

    Free

No charge where the store carries it, and easy to find your way around.

Send us the MAC address

  1. 1.Open the player: its home screen shows a MAC address, and sometimes a device key.
  2. 2.Send both to support on WhatsApp, along with the name of the player.
  3. 3.Your login is attached to that address. Restart the player and the channels are there.
Worth knowing. The MAC address to send is the one the player shows, not the one in the television's network settings. The two can be different.

Store has none of them?

Some older sets carry none of these players, and which apps a store offers depends on the television's own region setting rather than on where you bought it. If the search comes back empty, send support the model number from the back of the set and you get told which of the three that model can take.

Failing that, a Firestick in a spare HDMI port sidesteps the store altogether, and its guide is linked below.

The Firestick guide covers the Amazon stick, and the Android guide covers boxes and the Chromecast. Look at the channel list to see what your set will be showing.
