Copyright and DMCA notices

IPTV France TV resells access to television delivered over the internet. We do not host, produce, encode or store any program, and no video file sits on our servers. A notice about a specific stream reaches the operator that carries it through us.

We can only act on a notice that includes all of the following:

• Your signature, electronic or physical, as the rights holder or someone authorised to act for them.
• Identification of the work you say is infringed.
• Identification of the channel or item complained about, precisely enough to find it.
• An address, telephone number and email where you can be reached.
• A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the rights holder or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act.

By post to IPTV France TV, 18 Bd Jules Ferry, 75011 Paris, France, or through the WhatsApp number used everywhere on this site. Post reaches the same place; WhatsApp reaches it faster.

A complete notice is passed to the operator carrying the stream, which is the party able to remove it. We will tell you it has been passed on. An incomplete notice is returned with the missing item named, rather than ignored.

If you believe something was removed wrongly, send a counter-notice to the same address with your contact details and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that it was removed by mistake or misidentification.

Accounts that attract repeated, substantiated complaints are closed. Where that is the account holder's doing, no refund is given.
