The short version
For sixty days after you pay, send the word refund on WhatsApp from the number you ordered with, and the full amount goes back. You do not have to explain why.

In these situations the money goes back to you whether or not you write in:
- The service could not be delivered to you at all.
- You were charged twice for the same order.
- Your login never arrived after you paid.
What is not refunded
- An order more than sixty days old.
- A player license bought from a third party: that money went to them, not to us, and they refund it under their own terms.
How long it takes
It is sent back the same day. Your bank decides the rest: a card usually shows it within five business days.
Paid with a prepaid card? A prepaid card often cannot be credited back. Send another way to receive it and the refund goes there instead.
Your rights
This promise sits on top of whatever your own state and federal consumer law already gives you. It does not replace it or reduce it.
